ASSEMBLY
A rigorous expert work is done during the assembly process. The directions of the doors that cannot be opened are changed. Doors are repaired and hinges replaced if necessary. Classical dowels are not used when mounting. As there is no standard project in our schools, a separate assembly technique is developed for each door. While steel dowels are used in the places corresponding to the beam, long tij screws are used in the brick walls. These screws are tightened on both sides of the wall. Mountings made in this respect are made using the most robust installation techniques in which a product can be made in our country.

In the tests performed, it was understood that the assemblies made on the wall were not healthy by using dowels in the hard used places (class doors etc.). For this reason, when mounting the lock on the wall, it is necessary to use screws with length from inside to wall.
